D'ailleurs, Alinghi dispose d'une faculté d'accélération telle qu'à Valence - et j'en parlais récemment avec l'architecte français Philippe Briand - tout le monde se demande ce que le bateau cache.

Alinghi has developed new equipment which it is seeking permission to use just days out from the start of the America's Cup race, it was reported today.
The Cup holder has a new system of cables to support its mast, but does not have organiser's go-ahead to use them at this stage, Radio New Zealand said.
The regatta measurer has not allowed them to be used in the way they want.
The radio station said a regatta jury hearing was held at which it was decided to bring a new ruling on the development.
There was no immediate response from Team New Zealand, which begins its challenge for the Cup on Sunday morning NZT.

Dalton revealed one change was to NZL92's bulb: the one decorated with the Buzzy Bee painting will replace the one with the New Zealand flag, bringing Team NZ more in line with what Alinghi is expected to use.
"And we also feel the boat is going better with it ... we tested in Auckland and wanted to verify here."

He believed Team NZ had got as much potential out of NZL92 as they could. "I would love to go a couple of minutes faster - who wouldn't - but it's not going to go any faster," he said.
"We've got out of it what we can. We've not left any stone unturned."

Two days ago it seemed we would enjoy a good, steady and reliable sea breeze it appears there has been a changing weather pattern. Given the elimination of BMW Oracle in the Louis Vuitton Cup semifinals, their very useful weather slides are, unfortunately, not produced any longer. Yesterday, the very reliable BMW Oracle Blog reported that there is even fear we will not be able to have any race today or if we do it will be under very light conditions, apparently a disadvantage to Alinghi.
